This girl is the kind of champion I like, I thought, devoid of witout, yet devastatingly talented. I’ve been chicked in every race I’ve entered.

The real purpose of this book was to see what Ms. I still consider Chrissie Wellington to be a phenomenal athlete and an inspiration to all of us middle of the packers but this book was a miss. She is someone who is not capable of being described limuts one word. I enjoyed the stories about the events she competed in, but nothing else really connected for me. It is a masterful insider account of the Hacienda, the rise of Madchester and birth of the rave era, and how music has sound-tracked a life and a generation. It will challenge you to question your effort in different parts of your life.

I loved the explanation of races. Constable Statistical Anthony Reuben. This is a brutally honest autobiography, and could be accused of significant ‘too much information’ at times, but it is all part and parcel of who she is and what she does.
Because her skill, natural ability, and extreme drive aren’t wellingtonn close to a typical human being, she just doesn’t seem relatable.
